Skyline Property Group LLC was formed in September 2010 to manage a large portfolio of commercial properties that a key ownership group was acquiring. Made up of a seasoned group of commercial real estate professionals, the company officially opened its doors in January 2011. Since that time, Skyline Property Group continues to grow. Skyline currently manages just under 900,000 square feet of commercial property throughout central Indiana.

President and CEO
Brady Clements
Brady Clements serves as President and sole managing member of Skyline Property Group. A former insurance executive with over 20 years of sales experience, Mr. Clements left his successful business insurance career to pursue commercial real estate. In his current position, Mr. Clements performs the tenant leasing, owner client relationships and sets the overall direction for the company. Mr. Clements lives in the Center Grove area, where he is active in the community.
Corporate Vice President
Roger Curry
Roger Curry serves as the Corporate Vice President of Skyline Property Group. He is a 1973 graduate from Indiana University and a 1976 graduate from the University of Colorado School of Law. Mr. Curry was a practicing attorney from 1977-1991, specializing in construction, business law and litigation. Mr. Curry implements and oversees all of the property contracts, leasing and sales.

Dawn Barr
Dawn Barr is a graduate of Vincennes University and serves as the Vice President for Skyline Property Group. She has worked in property management and office administration for over 28 years. In her current position, Mrs. Barr is responsible for the maintenance & property management or our commercial properties; and is the overall point person for all tenant-based correspondence & projects. She is also responsible for the office management & acts as our in-house Human Resource Manager.
